Our Diamond Plan is a recurring monthly subscription, billed in advance. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. You must keep your payment details current to avoid service interruption.

3. License and Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Askme service for your internal business purposes. All rights, title, and interest in our Service, including its software, technology, and design, are the exclusive property of Askme Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our technology.

4. User Data and Prohibited Conduct

You retain ownership of the data you provide (e.g., your knowledge base). You grant us the right to process this data to operate the Service. We protect customer data with strong encryption and GDPR compliance. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, transmit harmful code, or violate the rights of others.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes, such as a sales increase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Askme Ltd.'s total liability for any claims related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred US dollars ($100) or (b) the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
